At DiamondSteel we often receive scribbled drawings from our customers showing us what they are looking for. From these rough sketches we produce the proper Computer Aided Design (CAD) 3D frame plans which are specific to the millimetre. These give our customers an exact interpretation of their idea and we can include a lifelike three-dimensional rendered drawing to help them see what the final version will look like. It is a seamless process from notepad to shop drawing, then we instruct the computer-controlled manufacturing machines to produce each section of frame and cladding…and our production team in the factory take care of the assembly if it is required. Or, we dispatch the frames as a DIY Flat Pack.
