Yes! We are a steel manufacturer based in Regional NSW with a state-of-the-art Design-to-Manufacture facility. With our expert team of CAD Designers, Engineers, Certifiers and Production Specialists we produce a wide variety of steel frames for both commercial and residential projects.
What type of steel do you use?
We only use DiamondTough© Light Gauge Steel which is exclusive to DiamondSteel. It is G550 steel with a 50-Year Warranty.
Does DiamondSteel build commercial frames?
Yes, we specialise in custom designing and manufacturing light gauge steel frames for commercial projects – for wall enveloping, internal walls, ceiling and sub-floors. Typical projects include retail warehouses, homemaker/shopping centres, childcare centres, service stations, car dealership showrooms, site equipment shelters, site offices and self-storage units.
Can I order frames and cladding from DiamondSteel?
Yes, you can! DiamondSteel manufactures both frames and cladding from our Manufacturing Centre of Excellence. They can be delivered together as a cost-effective flat pack to your site.
How are DiamondSteel frames more cost-effective than other framing methods?
DiamondSteel frames are prefabricated into modular sections. This removes the need to cut the sticks of steel to individual lengths and assemble them onsite. All you have to do is connect the sections together. Our customers tell us that they can now complete projects (e.g. wall enveloping of large retail warehouses) in a couple of days instead of several weeks using other systems. This dramatically reduces labour costs. In addition, DiamondSteel frames cost less than the timber equivalent.
How do you deliver your frames?
DiamondSteel frames are delivered to site as a convenient flat pack which enables fast and efficient installation. We can arrange delivery or if you prefer you can arrange your own freight company to collect your order.
Does DiamondSteel provide Engineering certification?
Yes! We have an in-house team of Engineers who are available to provide certification for your frame.
